Security and seriousness
Badoo was founded by a Russian entrepreneur, Andrey Andreev. Unfortunately in it’s early days Badoo would automatically post onto your Facebook, which isn't always desirable. However, Badoo has learnt that users will be deterred by this and has removed this function. Giving you the privacy you need when trying to be casual. The company now runs out of offices in London.
